File disclosure via stale path-keyed share links

Improper access control in File Browser 2.63.23 and earlier allows remote attackers to read replacement files through stale public share links. The resource rename branch moves the file without deleting its path-keyed share record, and public downloads later resolve any file at that path. Exploitation requires possession of the old link and later reuse of the original path; the original password and expiry still govern access.
