File disclosure via incomplete share cleanup

Incomplete cleanup in File Browser 2.63.6 through 2.63.23 allows remote attackers to read files through surviving public share links. resourceDeleteHandler passes the deleting user's ID to DeleteWithPathPrefix, whose owner filter skips share records belonging to other users. Reachability requires both users' scopes to resolve the same path, a privileged cross-user deletion, later path reuse, and possession of the old link.
