Backend code execution via Agent Mode path traversal

Path traversal in Eclipse Theia 1.73.0 and later, before 1.75.0, allows remote attackers to write or delete files outside the workspace. The file-change handlers passed model-supplied relative, absolute, or home-expanded paths to a raw resolver and then to write or delete sinks without verifying workspace containment. A user must expose Agent Mode to attacker-influenced content; writes require no confirmation, and changing a host-executed file grants backend code execution.
