Local process crash via FieldList length underflow

Out-of-bounds read in GDAL 3.13.0dev-4 allows local users to crash gdalmdiminfo by opening a crafted HDF-EOS grid file. GDSDfldsrch ignores the FieldList lookup result and subtracts two from an empty string length before passing the underflowed size to memmove. The HDF4 driver must be present and the crafted file must be processed; the demonstrated result is a SIGSEGV that interrupts only the invoking process.
