Non-public post disclosure via unchecked schema generation
Published Sep 16, 2026 · Updated Sep 16, 2026
Missing authorization in Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP 1.63 through 1.65 allows remote authenticated users to read non-public posts. The AI schema-generation request accepts a post identifier and retrieves its content without verifying that the requester can edit that post. Contributor access is sufficient to expose other users' draft, pending, private, and password-protected posts.
