Local command execution via unquoted executable path

Command injection in tgpt 2.11.0 and 2.11.1 on Linux and macOS allows local users to execute commands through the update handler. The helper.Update function in helper.go builds a shell command with the executable path without quoting or neutralizing shell metacharacters. A low-privileged local user must control a path consumed during an update; injected commands run with the tgpt process user's permissions.
