Unauthenticated administrative access via case-sensitive configuration validation

Improper case handling in MongoDB Server allows remote attackers to gain administrative access when authorization stays disabled at startup. The configuration validator mishandles case distinctions during startup, causing the requested authorization state to be ignored and the disabled default retained. Network reachability to a deployment that starts in this state is sufficient for unauthenticated reads, writes, and administrative disruption; affected lines are 7.0.0 through 7.0.40, 8.0.0 through 8.0.29, and 8.3.0 through 8.3.8.
