Arbitrary code execution via integer wraparound
Published Sep 8, 2026 · Updated Sep 10, 2026
Integer overflow in Adobe Acrobat and Reader allows attackers to execute code through a malicious file opened by a user. Adobe identifies arithmetic wraparound but has not disclosed the affected parser, object, or size calculation performed on file data. The file must be opened interactively; successful exploitation runs arbitrary code with the current user's privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
