Unauthenticated password guessing via captcha-free login route
Published May 9, 2026 · Updated May 9, 2026
Captcha bypass in JEECG JeecgBoot 3.9.1 allows remote attackers to make unrestricted password guesses through the mobile login route. LoginController's /sys/mLogin handler accepts the same username and password body as /sys/login but omits captcha validation, rate limiting, and account lockout. No prior access or user interaction is required to make attempts, enabling unrestricted password guessing and credential stuffing; successful guesses return a normal JWT and user data.
