Unauthenticated script execution via unchecked popup content
Published Oct 9, 2026 · Updated Oct 9, 2026
Stored XSS in Ocean Pro Demos and Ocean eComm Treasure Box allows remote attackers to execute scripts via Popup Builder content. In Ocean Pro Demos 1.5.4 and earlier and Ocean eComm Treasure Box 1.8.0 and earlier, the save_popup_content AJAX action stores attacker-supplied content without sufficient authorization, input sanitization, or output escaping. Exploitation requires a valid premium license, the Popup Builder module, and a published Gutenberg popup configured for display; injected scripts execute in browsers visiting pages displaying that popup.
