Missing object authorization in Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 allows remote authenticated users to alter unauthorized Page Types. The Types::submit() controller loads and saves the Page Type named by the user-supplied ptID without calling canEditPageType(). Access to one Page Type and a valid action-scoped update_page_type token is sufficient to modify configuration beyond the user's assigned authorization boundary.
