Remote NF crash via pathless callback URI

Denial of service in Open5GS 2.7.0 through 2.7.7 allows remote attackers to crash an SBI-based NF via a pathless callback URI. ogs_sbi_client_send_via_scp_or_sepp ignores a failed path extraction, then asserts the resulting null path and aborts the process. Exploitation requires network reachability to an NF's SBI endpoint and a notification flow that processes the malformed callback URI, interrupting that NF's service.
