Local file disclosure via unrestricted URL schemes

Improper URL validation in CyberChitta scrapling-fetch-mcp 0.2.0 through 0.2.2 allows attackers to read server-accessible local files. The s_fetch_page and s_fetch_pattern paths pass caller-controlled URLs directly to browse_url, whose default fetcher accepts file:// and returns the retrieved bytes in the MCP response. Exploitation requires control of an MCP tool call, including through prompt-injected content, and exposes only files readable by the server process without granting code execution.
