Out-of-workspace file write via crafted patch paths

Path traversal in Roo Code 3.51.0 and 3.51.1 allows remote attackers to write files outside the workspace through crafted patch paths. ApplyPatchTool passes attacker-controlled file paths to path.resolve without enforcing that the resolved result remains beneath the workspace root. Exploitation requires user interaction with attacker-supplied patch content and can modify files reachable with the editor process's permissions.
