CVE-2026-81735Network attack vectorHinoki check available

Unauthenticated command execution via exposed MCP transports

Published Aug 27, 2026 · Updated Aug 27, 2026

Missing authentication in UI-TARS Desktop before commit c2ad42e allows remote attackers to execute commands through exposed MCP transports. startServer.ts defaults the listener to every interface, while the commands and filesystem entry points supply no authentication middleware. Network access to the listening port is sufficient to invoke run_command as the server account or read and write files through the filesystem server.
