Unauthenticated SSRF via IPv6 transition addresses

Server-side request forgery in WWBN AVideo before 24.0 allows remote attackers to reach internal services through the LiveLinks proxy. The isSSRFSafeURL function validates an IPv6 literal without extracting and rechecking the private IPv4 address embedded in NAT64, 6to4, or Teredo form. The proxy endpoint requires no authentication; a crafted URL can make the server request internal applications or cloud metadata, exposing response data.
