CVE-2026-8164

Execution hijacking via uncontrolled search path

Published Jul 28, 2026 · Updated Jul 28, 2026

Uncontrolled search path handling in ArkSigner Desktop Client 2.2.16.10 through 17062026 allows local users to hijack execution. The Turkish CNA has not disclosed the executable, library, or search-path element that resolves attacker-controlled code ahead of the intended component. Exploitation requires low local privileges and user interaction, and successful hijacking runs attacker-selected code in the client's context.
