Local privilege escalation in WIBU-SYSTEMS AG WibuKey before 6.71 allows local users to execute arbitrary code with administrator rights. The 64-bit Windows WibuKey2_64.sys kernel driver dereferences an attacker-controlled pointer, creating a write-what-where primitive in kernel memory. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and the affected USB driver to be installed, after which the attacker gains full control of the system.
