Crash and memory disclosure via logger format strings

Format-string injection in the logger in WIBU-SYSTEMS AG CodeMeter Runtime before 8.41a and 9.10 allows attackers to crash the service. The logger interprets unsanitized proxy-setting strings as printf-style format strings, exposing process memory and stack canaries or terminating CodeMeter. Local users can supply the value with cmu --set-proxy; remote attackers must first set General.ProxyServer through the separately disclosed configuration flaw.
