Connection exhaustion via unbounded SASL negotiation

Denial of service in MongoDB Connector for BI before 2.14.31 allows remote attackers to exhaust connection capacity through SASL login. The SASL authorization loop has neither an overall negotiation bound nor a client-read deadline, so an incomplete exchange retains its worker, client slot, and backend connections. No credentials or user interaction are required; repeated unfinished sessions block legitimate connections until the process restarts.
