Network-filter bypass via inconsistent URL authority parsing

Security feature bypass in Visual Studio Code before 1.136.2 allows remote attackers to reach blocked hosts through Agent mode. The agent network filter parses some URL authorities differently from the request parser, ignores valid denied-domain patterns, and fails open on ambiguous or malformed authorities. Exploitation requires Agent mode with Fetch Web Page or integrated browser tools enabled plus attacker-influenced instructions or content, and it exposes workspace context or local services without causing a service interruption.
