Improper access control in JAL Information Technology's PALLET CONTROL products allows local users to execute code as SYSTEM. The products expose communications with multiple privileged background service programs without restricting access by non-administrative users. A user must log in to an affected Windows client; successful exploitation grants arbitrary code execution with SYSTEM privileges.
