Payment bypass via client-trusted PayPal amount

Broken access control in WP Chill Kali Forms 2.4.23 and earlier allows remote attackers to submit PayPal orders with altered amounts. The PayPal checkout flow trusts the amount supplied by the browser and stores the submission or sends notifications without verifying the captured order against the server-side product catalog. Exploitation requires a PayPal-enabled form, and the resulting integrity impact is acceptance of a payment whose amount, currency, or payee does not match the configured sale.
