Local memory exhaustion via unchecked sidx reference count

Uncontrolled allocation in GPAC 26.02.0 and earlier allows local users to consume excessive memory with a crafted MP4 file. The sidx_box_read function trusts the 16-bit nb_refs value from an sidx box and allocates its reference array before checking whether the box contains that many entries. Repeated or concurrent processing can interrupt service through transient memory exhaustion, but the allocation is freed after parsing fails.
