Service crash via null PLMN-list assertion

Denial of service in Open5GS NSSF 2.7.0 through 2.7.7 allows remote authenticated users to crash the service via malformed PLMN lists. The common discovery-query parser calls ogs_sbi_parse_plmn_list with a null PlmnList after JSON parsing fails, triggering an assertion. Access to the NSSF SBI endpoint is required; malformed target-plmn-list or requester-plmn-list input terminates the process.
