Subscriber-level sales disclosure via unchecked author identifier
Published Sep 2, 2026 · Updated Sep 2, 2026
Authorization bypass in StylemixThemes MasterStudy LMS before 3.7.46 allows remote authenticated users to read other instructors' sales records. The order line-item retrieval path accepts a caller-controlled author_id and queries records for that instructor without verifying authorization. A Subscriber account is sufficient; the result is limited to disclosure of course-sales data, with no reported write or service-interruption impact.
