Shared-note access via unrotated session identifier
Published Sep 18, 2026 · Updated Sep 18, 2026
Session fixation in Syslifters GmbH SysReptor before 2026.68 allows remote authenticated users to access password-protected shared notes. The shared-note auth view accepts the correct password and adds the note identifier to the existing session without first cycling its key. Exploitation requires a preset unauthenticated cookie in the victim's browser, the shared-note URL, and victim interaction; the main login is unaffected.
