CVE-2026-81102Network attack vector

Company-content disclosure via unchecked Host header

Published Aug 27, 2026 · Updated Aug 27, 2026

DNS rebinding in Dropbox Dash MCP Server before commit 84567b7 allows remote attackers to read company content through a visitor's browser. Network mode in src/mcp_server_dash.py binds to loopback without transport-security settings, so it accepts requests carrying a rebound domain in the Host header. Exploitation requires passive browser interaction and network mode; standard-input mode is not exposed, and successful requests run search and file-detail tools under the stored Dropbox credential.
