Incorrect permission assignment in the Ivanti Endpoint Manager agent before 2024 SU6 allows local users to escalate privileges on managed endpoints. Ivanti identifies neither the agent resource receiving the incorrect permissions nor the access-control operation that assigns them. An authenticated local account is required, and successful exploitation grants elevated privileges on the affected endpoint.
