Unauthenticated tool execution via optional HTTP credentials

Missing authentication in Telnyx MCP Server 6.83.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to invoke tools with stored credentials. The root-path HTTP handler binds to every interface, accepts absent authentication headers, and initializes an MCP session with the server's Telnyx and code-execution credentials. Network reachability to the configured port is sufficient to dispatch tools that act through those stored credentials, including the code tool.
