Local stack-data disclosure via short IPMB writes

Uninitialized-memory use in Linux kernel 5.3 and affected later branches allows local users to expose stack data through short IPMB writes. The ipmb_write() path reads the length, responder address, and network-function fields before verifying that the user buffer contains them, and a length below the SMBus header underflows the block length. Reachability requires local access to an instantiated IPMB device on suitable I2C hardware; the bounded impact is disclosure of uninitialized kernel-stack bytes onto the management bus.
