Kernel memory corruption via TUN headroom underflow

Integer underflow in Linux kernel TUN/TAP allows local users with network-administration capability to place packet data outside an skb head. In tun_get_user(), an oversized OVS-propagated tun->align makes SKB_MAX_HEAD() negative; conversion to size_t then wraps the linear length. Reaching the flaw requires configuring OVS with a TUN or TAP port, and the resulting out-of-bounds skb->data pointer can corrupt kernel memory.
