Kernel warning via sleep-unsafe reset GPIO writes

Improper GPIO access in affected Linux builds triggers a kernel warning when a Realtek DSA switch uses a sleeping reset controller. The rtl83xx_reset_assert() and rtl83xx_reset_deassert() probe helpers call the non-sleeping gpiod_set_value() API even when the reset GPIO provider can sleep. The condition requires a Realtek DSA device whose reset line is supplied by a sleeping controller, such as an I2C I/O expander; the published consequence is a probe-time warning, not a reported crash or privilege boundary violation.
