Transmit queue stall via missed doorbell write

Denial of service in the Linux kernel 7.1 bnxt driver allows attackers to stall a transmit queue through software UDP segmentation. In bnxt_sw_udp_gso_xmit, an early NETDEV_TX_BUSY return can leave txr->kick_pending set after buffer descriptors are written without ringing the device doorbell. The stall requires the bnxt driver, software UDP segmentation, a pending deferred kick, and the early busy return; the missing completion leaves the affected queue stopped.
