Kernel fault via invalid PTP clock dereference

NULL-pointer dereference in the Linux kernel ravb driver allows local users to trigger a kernel fault via a timestamp-info query. The ravb_get_ts_info function calls ptp_clock_index on priv->ptp.clock before the first interface open leaves it NULL, while registration failure can leave an error pointer. The affected host must use the Renesas Ethernet AVB driver and expose timestamp information while its PTP clock is unavailable; the resulting fault can interrupt kernel service.
