Kernel crash via stale Thunderbolt connection state

Improper connection-state handling in Linux allows attackers to crash the kernel via a failed ThunderboltIP connection. Failure paths in tbnet_connected_work() unwind resources but leave login_sent set, so tbnet_tear_down() repeats teardown and can release a transmit path the connection never owned. A crash requires panic_on_warn; otherwise the stale state can emit warnings and disrupt ThunderboltIP path ownership.
