Kernel stack corruption via stale reply buffer

Use-after-return in the qnap-mcu driver in Linux 6.14 allows attackers to corrupt kernel stack memory through a late MCU reply. qnap_mcu_exec() leaves reply->data pointing to its expired stack buffer after a timeout or write failure, and qnap_mcu_receive_buf() later copies asynchronous serial data through that stale pointer. Reaching the corruption requires the qnap-mcu driver and a late or unsolicited MCU message; the disclosed consequence is bounded kernel stack corruption.
