Suspend hang via mt76 mutex self-deadlock

Deadlock in the mt7615 Wi-Fi suspend path in affected Linux kernels allows attackers to hang system suspension on supported hardware. The mt7615_suspend() path holds the mt76 mutex while synchronously canceling mac_work, whose worker attempts to acquire the same mutex and cannot finish. Exposure requires an MT7615-backed Wi-Fi interface and the race in which mac_work is already running and blocked when suspension begins, leaving the suspend operation hung.
