IRQ imbalance via failed TPM status wait

Incorrect IRQ handling in the Nuvoton I2C TPM driver in Linux allows attackers to cause unspecified impact after a failed wait. The i2c_nuvoton_wait_for_stat() helper enables the IRQ, then returns on timeout or interruption before the handler runs without disabling it. The affected path requires the Nuvoton I2C TPM driver and a failed or interrupted status wait; public sources disclose the resulting IRQ imbalance but no further security consequence.
