Kernel crash via VLAN headroom race

Denial of service in Linux 2.6.12 through 7.2.2 allows local users to crash the kernel by toggling hardware VLAN TX offload. The vlan_transfer_features() function changes vlandev->hard_header_len while lockless transmit paths read it, causing stale headroom sizing and an skb underflow. Triggering the panic requires network-administration privileges, an active VLAN device carrying traffic, and a race with hardware VLAN TX-offload changes.
