Kernel crash via missing CAM bus callbacks

NULL pointer dereference in Linux PCI host-generic affected versions crashes 32-bit CAM hosts during PCI bus enumeration. On a 32-bit host using pci-host-cam-generic, the CAM operations omit add_bus and remove_bus callbacks, leaving cfg->winp[] unpopulated before pci_ecam_map_bus uses it as the base for configuration access. The first configuration read dereferences the NULL base and crashes the kernel during enumeration; no remote or local user-triggered path is documented.
