Integer overflow via unchecked H.265 reference count

Integer overflow in Linux kernel amdgpu UVD allows attackers to corrupt the minimum DPB size calculation through an H.265 decode message. amdgpu_uvd_cs_msg_decode reads the low byte of message word 59, adds two for num_dpb_buffer, and previously multiplied that unchecked value by image_size. Reachability requires the amdgpu UVD H.265 decode path; the upstream record identifies the arithmetic overflow but no downstream security consequence.
