Resource exhaustion via leaked dma_buf references

A resource leak in affected Linux kernel branches from 3.13 allows local users to pin foreign GEM resources through vmwgfx PRIME import. ttm_prime_fd_to_handle() returns -ENOSYS for mismatched dma_buf operations without releasing the reference obtained by dma_buf_get(). Access to a vmwgfx renderD node and a non-vmwgfx PRIME file descriptor is required; repeated calls retain graphics resources indefinitely and can exhaust them.
