Incomplete random output via faulty success and locking

Incorrect random-data generation in the Linux kernel 6.18 Xilinx TRNG driver allows attackers to receive incomplete output via crypto_rng. The xtrng_trng_generate() path can return success without filling the requested buffer, while broken locking in xtrng_hwrng_trng_read() permits both paths to interfere. Exposure requires a kernel containing the Xilinx TRNG crypto_rng interface; reported effects are incomplete random data and concurrent-operation interference.
