Local memory corruption via unquoted HDF-EOS field names

Heap-based buffer overflow in GDAL 3.13.0dev-4 allows local users to corrupt process memory via a crafted HDF-EOS file. GDnentries subtracts two bytes for unquoted DataFieldName values, so GDinqfields later appends full names into an undersized heap buffer. Triggering the flaw requires local access to make an HDF4-enabled GDAL process parse the file, causing a process crash or corruption of data in its memory.
