Kernel panic via unserialized page-fragment cache

Race condition in the Linux kernel nvme-tcp driver from 6.12 allows attackers to cause a kernel panic during parallel block-device creation. In drivers/nvme/host/tcp.c, parallel request allocation uses a shared page_frag_cache without serialization, corrupting backing-page reference counts and freeing pages prematurely. The affected path requires concurrent NVMe/TCP block-device creation; published material does not establish an attacker privilege level or a remote trigger.
