Out-of-bounds access via truncated TVLV offset

Out-of-bounds access in affected Linux kernels allows attackers to access memory beyond skb data via a malformed batman-adv multicast TVLV. batadv_tvlv_call_handler() stores an unrepresentable TVLV end in a 16-bit transport-header offset, truncating it before batadv_mcast_forw_packet() accepts an oversized tracker. The batman-adv multicast receive path must process the TVLV; public sources establish invalid kernel-memory access but not data disclosure or a reliable service interruption.
