Non-random output via unsynchronized RNG interfaces

Race condition in affected Linux kernel qcom-rng releases allows attackers to obtain repeated or non-random hardware RNG output. qcom_rng_generate() synchronizes with itself but not with qcom_hwrng_read(), allowing both paths to access the same device registers concurrently. Exposure requires Qualcomm RNG hardware and simultaneous use of crypto_rng and hwrng; the AF_ALG rng consumer is reportedly unused in practice.
