Kernel memory disclosure via uninitialized NFC notification

Uninitialized memory use in the Linux kernel NFC NCI subsystem allows local users to read stale kernel data through NFC target queries. The nci_rf_discover_ntf_packet() and nci_rf_intf_activated_ntf_packet() handlers leave on-stack notification unions uninitialized when the technology-specific parameter length is zero, then nci_add_new_protocol() uses the stale nfcid1_len value to control copies into target records. Reachability requires a zero-length NCI RF discovery or activation notification and later enumeration through NFC_CMD_GET_TARGET; disclosure is limited to stale target-field contents.
