Authenticated cross-user actions via crafted PDF request
Published Jul 2, 2026 · Updated Jul 2, 2026
Incorrect authorization in Progress Flowmon before 12.5.9 and 13.0.11 allows remote authenticated users to perform cross-user actions. The PDF generation workflow accepts a crafted request from one account and performs a limited set of operations under another user's authorization context; Progress has not disclosed the affected endpoint or validation error. A low-privileged GUI account is required, and successful exploitation exposes sensitive data and permits unintended system configuration changes.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
